Except for the power supply, all the devices are wired with Category 6 unshielded network cables. Among them, the head video terminal, parking space screen and car-finding query machine adopt TCP/IP protocol, and the head video terminal and other terminals of the loop are wired in a daisy chain.
All the strong current (AC220) and weak current lines in the system must be wired and piped separately and independently. It is strictly prohibited to lay strong and weak current lines in the same
pipe. The AC220V power supply of the manager must be grounded and ensure that the equipment is reliably grounded. Otherwise, it may cause the line to be disturbed and unable to communicate normally.
If wiring is done outdoors, it must be laid using iron pipes. All wires should be selected with shielding on the original basis, and the shielding layer must be reliably grounded.
Each flexible core wire end must be crimped or tinned with pre-insulated terminals.
Special wires are used to connect each device. The wire ends of each branch are crimped well. The equipment and shielding net should be crimped with a protective ground wire. A single-point grounding is adopted, and the grounding resistance value should not be greater than 1Ω. The enclosure shell must be reliably grounded.
Record the device IP addresses and product serial numbers, and prepare a good IP correspondence table. The installation positions and IP addresses of video parking space detectors, network controllers, parking space guidance display screens, and area guidance screens should be IP addressed and installed strictly in accordance with the system diagram and floor plan.
